We loved the spacious rooms that easily accommodated our family of 5, with 2 double beds and a single bed. The room was clean and comfortable, and the beds were very cozy. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Tea and coffee were provided, along with a limited Mini Bar. We also appreciated the convenient location close to the station. a great place for people who like karaoke and casinos.

Enjoyed a safe box, cable programming and a refrigerator in the room. The staff was very obliging and nice. Marvellous and easy location, train stations was walking distance to the hotel.

Newly renovated room with the bathroom, extra pillows, a single thrown in front of the window, ideal for what we needed. The cost was US$ 209. It offered outstanding service and outstanding food too. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and amicable day and night.

We had a deluxe queen room with an exceptionally comfortable bed. It was in a very central setting to when they 've renovated the reception area.

Quiet place for a visit to Killara with exceptionally nice location to wonderful restaurants in Lindfield and good services. Location just off Chatswood which has loads of food options, and the upper North shore. Very good overall experience.

There were extremely comfy beds and central heating, an individual safe and multi-channel TV in the suite. The bathroom was large with walk-in showers.

We loved how accommodating the hotel staff was. They allowed us to leave our car in the car park while we were out for a family event. The sliding doors were a great feature. Additionally, the hotel is situated in a strategic location, offering easy access to various amenities and transportation.

Only that my email regarding lost property wasn't repsonded too, and when I finally spoke to someone to check, the room had been turned over three times so my item was well and truly gone.

I had a fantastic stay at this place. The location was perfect for our needs that night, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room amenities, including the ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and flat-screen TV, were top-notch. The housekeeping did a great job in keeping the room clean and tidy. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, especially their Indian-style dishes. The staff were attentive and accommodated all our requests during our stay. The free Wi-Fi and on-site car park were added bonuses.

I highly recommend this hotel to families.

Facilities were adequate in relation to cost per night. Large bathroom. Quiet even though on Pacific Highway.

Paying the account on arrival. Hair dryer inoperative. No knife in room. No free newspapaer at reception. No list of eating venues nearby. Pool maintenance required.

All in all everything was good, had a good stay at each visit. The stuff were enthusiastic and welcoming. There was a great restaurant with Australian and Indian food in the hotel...
